Please review the rules and conditions for using the PumpTraderCEX software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Upon purchase of a license, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the PumpTraderCEX software on your local devices. This license is tied to your registered email address.
2. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Distribute, sell, or lease the software to third parties.
- Use the software for any illegal activities or in violation of blockchain regulations.
- Attempt to bypass license authentication systems.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer.
4. TERMINATION
The Developer reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
Trading involves risk. You acknowledge that you use this tool at your own risk and are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates.
